4 weeks of Yoga that goes beyond physical alignment and flexibility.
Each day moves through a blend of asana, meditation, and philosophy — taught by Yogita and a team of experienced teachers rooted in the Tantric Yoga tradition.
The teaching is designed so that you apply what you learn in the same moment you are learning it.
The positive changes you’re wishing for happen on the mat, and expand into your daily life; general well-being, emotions, thoughts, and relationships.

Life at Arcana
Arcana Wellness Village is a conscious living sanctuary on the island of Koh Phangan. Three spacious yoga shalas, a saltwater pool, spa, sauna, ice bath, cold plunge, natural pool, gym, and a vegan and vegetarian restaurant – set within a landscape of tropical beauty. There is a particular quality to time here. It slows down in the best way.
The food at Arcana is truly a delightful highlight. Arcana’s vegan and vegetarian restaurant serves delicious, healthy food aligned with the yogic principles you are learning in this course – what you eat, how you eat, and why it matters, are part of the teaching.
About Your Teachers
Yogita has been teaching Yoga for 20 years and leading Teacher Training Courses for 18 years – across Thailand, India, Mexico, Brazil, Israel, and Europe. Her foundation is more than 20 years of Tantric Yoga practice, and she has committed her life to guiding people in fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, for being truly happy and healthy. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and teaches in English, and Hebrew.
Your Daily Schedule
Monday to Saturday:
07:00 — Light breakfast
08:30 — Morning teaching of a new technique and Yoga practice
10:30 — Break, lunch, and rest
14:00 — Afternoon Yoga practice
16:15 — Lecture of the day and Q&A
18:00 — Sunset trip (optional)
Evening — Arcana activities, dinner, free time, and extra curriculum activities.

The Path Forward
By graduating all four weeks (120 hours) of the Arcana Yoga Immersion, you’ll acquire the essential foundation to pursue Yoga teacher certification. After 4 weeks of this intensive training, you’ll need to complete an additional 80-hour practice module, leading you to a full 200-hour TTC qualification.
Each week stands on its own. You may attend one week or more now and return for other weeks across separate visits.
